- We Deliver the best
warranty in the marketplace: a 2-year buckle-to-buckle warranty through
our company.
AandEwatches.com Postage Policy:
- US non-overseas orders will ship via UPS overnight insured and
certified mail guaranteed before 10:30 a.m. in most areas, before end of
business day for some rural areas. An additional standard $10 handling
fee will apply to the shipping charges incurred.
- Overseas orders will ship via UPS International
insured and certified mail and usually take 3-7 business days to arrive.
- All shipments are FOB, any claim of loss will be with the carrier. Any
claim for shortage, damage or loss, must be made within 10 days.

- We accept credit cards, bank checks, money orders, and personal checks
- Please note checks take 7-10 business days to clear.
All orders outside of the US must pay via wire-transfer.

has received the private information, it is then safeguarded within the

adopted by A and E Watches.
- Some customers may chose not to utilize this secure, online method of
acquiring our items. Our friendly customer service staff is always
available for questions and orders you may have via the telephone. They
will answer questions, assist in obtaining financial and personal
information in a secure and friendly atmosphere. To place an order over
the phone, or simply to get answers to questions.
Return/Exchange Policy Guidelines
It is the Buyer's responsibility to
inspect the item upon receipt.
Shipping charges are
non-refundable.

In order to return your watch
you must meet the following guidelines:
If you are not fully satisfied with your watch due to
mechanical malfunction you may return your watch for a refund.
Your refund amount will reflect less shipping and will be subject to a
15% restocking fee. Before shipping your watch you must first
contact your sales representative for a Return Authorization Number (RA
Number). Merchandise along with all accessories must be received
on or before 3-business days from the date of purchase. Any
merchandise received without an RA Number or after the 3-business days
will not be eligible for a refund.

In order to exchange your watch you must meet the
following guidelines:
If you are not fully satisfied with your watch you may return your watch for
an exchange only. Items will be exchanged for equal
or greater value, for merchandise of greater value the balance remaining
will be the responsibility of the buyer along with any and all shipping
charges. Before shipping your watch
you must first contact your sales representative for a Exchange Authorization
Number (EA Number). Merchandise along with all
accessories must be received on or before 5-business days from the date of
purchase. Any merchandise received
without an EA Number or after the 5-business days will not be eligible for an
exchange. By the end of the 5-business days you must decide what item
you want to exchange for. If a balance applies it must be paid in full
also by the end of the 5-business days.

returns, refunds or exchanges are allowed for the following: Lay-away items, previously
exchanged items, new watches, never-worn watches, un-used watches, special order watches or unique
watches.
